Server Directory URL Purchases

Server Directory URL renames are offered as a one-time purchase and are tied to a specific server. Once a URL rename is applied, it cannot be changed, transferred, reused, or refunded under any circumstances. Each purchase allows the selection of one custom URL, subject to availability and compliance with our naming policies.

Melonly retains the right to revoke or modify a custom URL in cases of abuse, policy violations, impersonation, or legal concerns. In such cases, no refund will be issued. We recommend choosing your custom URL carefully, as the decision is final upon submission.

User Account

If you are an owner of an account on this website, you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your private user details. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account or password.

Multimedia Data Retention

This Multimedia Data Retention Policy (“Policy”) applies to all multimedia content (including, but not limited to, images, video files, and other media uploads) submitted, stored, or otherwise made available through Melonly’s platform as part of features provided under the Melonly Plus subscription plan (“Melonly Plus”).

By utilizing any feature of Melonly Plus that enables multimedia upload or storage, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Policy. Melonly provides temporary storage of such content as a benefit of the active Melonly Plus subscription. If a server’s Melonly Plus subscription lapses, expires, or is otherwise terminated for any reason, a grace period of sixty (60) calendar days (“Grace Period”) shall commence from the date of subscription termination.

During the Grace Period, previously uploaded multimedia content will remain stored and accessible only for the purpose of seamless reactivation of the subscription. However, functionality tied to Melonly Plus (such as display of said media on the server directory or premium customization) may be limited or disabled during this period.

If the Melonly Plus subscription is not renewed or reactivated before the expiration of the Grace Period, all multimedia content associated with the server will be subject to permanent deletion from Melonly’s systems. This deletion is irreversible, and once performed, the content cannot be recovered under any circumstances.

Melonly is under no obligation to provide advance notice prior to the deletion of multimedia content following the expiration of the Grace Period. It is solely the responsibility of the server owner or administrator to ensure the renewal of their subscription or to manually back up and preserve any content they wish to retain.

The following additional terms apply to multimedia retention:

• Media uploaded as part of temporary promotional offers, beta features, or trial access to Melonly Plus is subject to deletion immediately upon expiration of the relevant offer or trial, unless otherwise stated.
• Melonly reserves the right to remove or delete any uploaded media content at any time if it violates our Terms of Service or applicable law, without refund or recourse.
• Melonly may retain backup copies of media for up to thirty (30) days after deletion for internal auditing, compliance, or disaster recovery purposes; these backups are not accessible to users and are deleted automatically after the retention period.
• In cases of account suspension, server ban, or policy enforcement actions, multimedia content may be withheld, suspended, or deleted in accordance with our enforcement procedures.

Under no circumstances shall Melonly be held liable for the loss, corruption, or deletion of multimedia content due to expired subscriptions, user error, policy violations, or unforeseen technical issues. Use of the Melonly Plus features indicates your acceptance of this limitation of liability.

Acceptable Use

Melonly reserves the right to terminate or suspend a user's access to our service at any time and for any reason. The following constitutes violations of acceptable use of this service and can result in termination or suspension to a user's access to our service:

• Using the service to transmit material that contains threats or encourages bodily harm or destruction of property
• Using the service to harass another person or party
• Using the service to make fraudulent offers to sell or buy products, items, or services, or to advance any type of financial scam
• Using the service to collect, or attempt to collect, personal data or information about third parties without their knowledge or consent
• Forging or impersonating the service
• The act of, or attempt to, disrupt the service or cause technological issues. This includes, but is not limited to, "denial of service" (DOS) attacks
• Any unauthorized access, use, or manipulation of Melonly’s private APIs, including but not limited to, making forged requests that bypass origin restrictions, or accessing the API from external websites, services, or applications.
