Legal basis (EU/UK GDPR): We process IP addresses under our legitimate interests in maintaining the security and integrity of the Service and to comply with applicable legal obligations. We assess and balance these interests against your rights and freedoms. We do not use IP addresses for marketing.

US state privacy laws: We treat IP addresses as identifiers and do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as defined under applicable US state privacy laws (e.g., California).

When You connect Your account to supported gaming platforms such as Emergency Response: Liberty County (ER:LC), We collect and store Gaming Data including but not limited to:

  • Player kills and deaths
  • Commands executed in-game
  • Play sessions and playtime duration
  • Team assignments and roles
  • Vehicle usage
  • Moderation calls and responses
  • In-game bans and kicks

Gaming Data is retained indefinitely unless deletion is required by applicable law. Users may request deletion of their Gaming Data as described in the "Your Data Protection Rights" section below.

When You link Your Roblox account to our Service, We collect and store:

  • Roblox User ID
  • Roblox Username

You may unlink Your Roblox account from our Service at any time through Your account settings. Unlinking will not delete historical data that has already been collected, but will prevent future data collection from Your Roblox account.

Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service.

Usage Data may include information such as Your Device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that You visit, the time and date of Your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.

When You use Melonly voice features, We may process short audio segments of Your transmitted voice and related metadata, such as server, channel, user, and timestamp information.

We use this information to help moderate voice channels, investigate abuse or safety incidents, maintain transmission records, and comply with legal obligations.

Voice transmission data is typically retained for up to 24 hours and then deleted, unless longer retention is required for safety, abuse investigations, legal obligations, valid legal process, or to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

The Company allows You to create an account and log in to use the Service through the following Third-party Social Media Services:

  • Discord

If You decide to register through or otherwise grant us access to a Third-Party Social Media Service, We may collect and store Personal Data already associated with Your Third-Party Social Media Service's account, such as your Discord user ID, username, avatar, and email address, for authentication, account security, support, and account creation.

You may also have the option of sharing additional information with the Company through Your Third-Party Social Media Service's account.   • Moderation Reports: Retained for record-keeping purposes even after account deletion to maintain the integrity of our moderation systems.
  • Voice Transmission Data: Typically retained for up to 24 hours, with longer retention only where needed for safety, abuse investigations, legal obligations, valid legal process, or legal claims.

In the event of a data breach that affects Your Personal Data, We will notify You without undue delay. The notification will include:

  • The types of data that were compromised

  • Umami and PostHog: If You consent to analytics cookies, we may use Umami and PostHog for limited analytics and product measurement.
  • Endorsely: If You consent to referral and marketing cookies, we may use Endorsely for affiliate and referral attribution.
  • NitroPay and related ad technology providers: We use NitroPay to serve and measure advertising on the Service. Depending on the page and campaign, NitroPay and its downstream advertising or measurement providers may process identifiers, cookie data, browser and device data, IP address information, page context, and ad interaction events in connection with advertisements shown on Melonly.
  • International transfers and safeguards: Where personal data is transferred outside the UK/EU, we rely on an adequacy decision or implement appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses. Our processors are bound by written data processing agreements.

We display advertisements through Melonly's advertising system. To operate, protect, and improve the ad experience, we process ad event data such as impression and click events, related ad identifiers, placement information, and event timestamps.

When advertising inventory is served through NitroPay, NitroPay and related advertising or measurement providers may collect or receive identifiers, cookie data, browser and device data, IP address information, page context, and ad interaction events for ad delivery, frequency management, fraud prevention, reporting, and measurement, subject to applicable law and the privacy choices available to You.

If an advertisement links to a third-party website, that destination may apply its own tracking technologies and privacy practices. We recommend reviewing the privacy policy of any external site you visit.

If You sign in with Discord and consent to referral and marketing cookies, We may convert Your verified account email address into a SHA-256 hashed identifier and pass that hash to NitroPay and related advertising partners for ad matching and measurement. We do not send the raw email address to NitroPay through this integration, and the hash is used as an advertising token rather than as plain-text contact information.

If You are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, may provide You with additional rights regarding our collection, use, disclosure, and retention of Personal Data.

We collect the categories of personal information described in this Privacy Policy, including identifiers such as Discord, Roblox, and device identifiers; internet or network activity information such as browsing, usage, and diagnostic data; commercial information related to purchases and subscriptions; audio data when voice moderation features are enabled; and professional or employment-related information when submitted through staffing, application, or contact workflows.
