It's horrible. Thats the only word I can use. Everyone in the that server is either curropt like the fact that some got all there roles by dating a other high rank. Or they are the most condescending people I have ever seen. Not to mention the structure is a mess and the one person who was fixing it rightfully snapped so I do NOT recommend joining this server and unless things change I'm not coming back. I can see why player retention is at 4% it all makes sense now.

This server sucks, staff are extremely rude and don't listen, staff trainings don't happen, they have no idea how to run a server. I would not recommend this server, piece of garbage server.

I and many others I have spoken with can not even remotely begin to identify the pure amount of hatred, hostility and anger many members of the staff team convey. Upon joining this server you will begin to believe it is such a amazing haven with minimal issues despite the consistent ongoing abuse of staff emotionally and mentally that occurs behind closed doors resulting in members being inactive in chats out of fear of hostility responses. Staff members such as Novo will meet you with nothing but aggression and tell you to quote "STFU" and mute you for talking about things that conflict with their opinions. Their boyfriend Nova, another member of directive will double down on the fact that what you brought up was more important than the hyper aggression and targeted nature of his girlfriend. Novo, the girlfriend, has openly admitted to refusing peoples applications that quote "sounded too nerdy". She is consistently given ranks back by the owner lavo who truly has good intentions. I believe that if this server had a new directive team it may be capable of something but currently the staff members are treated terribly and people that have 16h in a week are given the same promo as those with 1h. My resources are still in use in this server. (STAFF ELS, Staff Handbook, Rank Ideas, Staff Ideas) and nothing has been credited towards me despite this. The server has consistently and often found a way to strike the nerves of many with its limitted Session times of only a mere hour and its poor staffing abilitiy as a result of directives mistreatment. The server also bots their accounts to get higher in the list of player counts and has openly deleted, suppressed and muted any conversation regarding this due to it being a TOS violation. All in all, this place is nothing other than a poop hole that I heavily suggest avoiding. I can not see this server going anywhere in the near future because a majority of their joins appear to be bots that never return to sessions.
