Great Server. Great for RP

Server needs to stop free ranking people from trial mod to management. Even in desperate times, an application should be used to prove no free ranking took place. The drama out of this server is crazy, allegations against Ducky makes the community worried about the state of the server leadership. There is much more improvements needed from this server, and whatever you are saying Ducky, make sure it ain't something racist where people can simply spread it around, if you want to keep yourself away from that. There is nothing I hold against you and those who expose you and simply harass you, doesn't make things right. Assuming that here's a piece of advice for you or anyone who reads this, "Two wrongs, doesn't make two things right." I simply do believe if you came clean or honest towards everyone, most will understand. All people goes through tough times, but only you can control that. Simply fix the flaws of your server, and ask yourself "am I doing the right thing?" before you say or do something. I would be more than happy to lend you some advice on staff reformations, how to make a good reputation from bad, and the flaws you can fix. It's time to tell the truth about paying people out from "giveaways" they won.

In my experience of Vermont State Roleplay bringing a good and interesting experience to the community has few problems. The Lack of SPaG from players and staff. The timing of when Staff actually end up teleporting to you when calling for !help, or !mod. There is also a lot of playing driving recklessly, not roleplaying, GTA driving, and more. Theres also few trollers that join and start RDMING, VDMING, and all that other stuff. I'm sure that this can all be fixed though throughout 2025 and longer and I think this server has lots of more to go for. I know that Vermont State Roleplay can definitely become a better, and realistic place as more trollers are usually banned day by day, and many kicks are used throughout minutes, days, and more.

I am a Moderator myself in this server but the Server is a W, Very kind and respectful Staff Members and Very chill server. 11/10

Amazing server, great staff, very nice and kind to me, helped out with everything. The liveries were incredible and amazing, would defenitly reccomend this server.

Amazing server with lots of potential. The Staff team is amazing and mature. Only thing I would recommend is making the server 24/7 with reminders pinging people when its low.

as a trial mod I shouldn't be talking, But I do think that this server has a lot of potential, Its not absolutely horrible or perfect. Its in the middle of fun and realism. With that being said might as well review, as I don't know what else to do at the moment. But I would consider stricter punishments as some people just FRP.
