Good server and a very active and loving community!

As a staff member at sydney heres my review, i find sydney amazing i find my fellow staff members amazing, the only thing i dislike is our sessions during the holidays because of how lo they are, but it is what it is

The staff in this server are quite dodgy like in my experience I actually have no right to make this review because I did not reach the actual server. Like I called for a mod for the code to the discord right, I had an unrealistic avatar and the mod asked me to change it, the guy was super inpatient literally said "you have 20 seconds" Like calm down, like luckily I had the tab open to change the avatar but what if someone has slow internet and has to open the page and everything and they just get kicked because the mod was inpatient as hell, anyways I changed my avatar the mod refreshed me, looked at the avatar for like 2 seconds and then proceeded to kick me without warning me in any way, In every other server if they also disliked that avatar they would point me out say I had to change again, but no, no warning, no nothing just immediate kick. Like maybe the mod thought I was trolling but atleast say something and I don't know if an unrealistic avatar is a kick. No offence but kicking someone because of an unrealistic avatar goes a little over the boundary don't you think? Well I hope you guys get past the firewall of aggressive mods and actually get to try out the server. Also maybe you guys think I am cliché for making this such a thing but it pains me to see mods power trip like this and show no respect to the people they serve.

Terrible staff it feels like you hire people with just commands and SPaG i saw one of your moderators with no basic knowledge about nitrp and refused to moderate someone when we even had proof seems like you need better training, the mod arrival also takes 30 minutes.

Wouldn't recommend for serious roleplayers. The constant RDM and VDM doesn't make the server a good place to RP. Also the staff are really quite dodgy, I don't think the application readers realise the people they are hiring as a lot of the mods are quite dreadful at moderating (except 1231 and Yahya 🫡🫡). Also the discord server is just not a good environment as there is constant people spamming messages. Also if you complain about the roleplay quality you just get muted for 7 days 😔. I sometimes think I can get better roleplays in a public server at this rate.

Really wanted to love this server, and I did at the start, but the constant crossing lines of being an in-game moderator or being police kept just being crossed. Lot's of times gotten into roleplays where it would be a 'police officer' but in reality if you were in RP and they were shot you would be jailed, warned, kicked ect. and even beyond just that all the time it was obvious that 3/4 of the RPing police were just staff and they would use commands if the police didn't get their way (or vice versa if they were on civillian). It wasn't just a one off and repeatedly happened. I have played in most servers its clearly your ether in RP, or out of RP to moderate, there isn't any inbetween. With that aside, I tried to report two moderators for abusing their commands (before I realised any staff member on or off juty could abuse commands anyways), but their ticket system wasn't working, tried on different devices and on my alternate account but kept "failing" so I couldn't proceed with the report, very convenient. TL;DR I wouldn't be expecting any high quality role play on either team from this server, I would be looking elsewhere.

W server. A very welcoming atmosphere, friendly staff and honestly a tight community that goes beyond ERLC. Amazing server overall.

In my opinion and I believe in everyone’s opinion this server is the best. I’m having a pleasure working here as a staff-member with other Staff-members. Everyone’s cool, honest and works like professionals. Great liveries, uniforms. Thanks all Sydney for letting me be here!
