I am management here and been here for since 2020 and overall fun place to hangout.

Current Administrator here the server is really well put together and I highly suggest joining the SSU and joining our discord (QLD) roleplays are fun and enjoyable while our response times to mod calls tend to take a while that's because we experience a high volume of calls mostly from the same people saying "I hate a witness" (witnesses do not count) and dragging the mod call on longer than it needs to be. Not every server is good every server has their ups and downs if you are upset about a punishment in game open an Internal Affairs ticket in the discord instead. If you just want to join to RDM/troll or exploit I highly suggest you do not as you will be found out. But in my opinion I think the servers good

The server is great but there is a small group of people that ruin it. The server has kind staff, great owner and is overall a great server.

While I was a Discord Moderator and Internal Affairs at QLD RP during 2025, all the staff were nice, ever since the staff change from Pana in 2024 Im pretty sure (trying to recall the year) besides that the in game roleplay quality has been slowly dropping, and ever since all the great staff have either left due to horrible leadership, unfair decisions, and inconsistent internal affair's decisions. Ever since I have been banned for my application getting hacked in two departments which resulted in a raid (unfair if you asked me), later when a friend (yes i have friends, touch grass saph) joined using my alt account as the user didnt feel like getting their account banned that day, and later got banned. The reason for my appeal was this, "Raided both Samsara and The Sunshine mafia - Unappeal, get out of here kid". Extremely unprofessional. This ban was made by the current director saphqx. This says alot about the leadership. If I were you, I would extremely recommend not joining QLD RP or any of their departments as you will be met with a toxic leadership team. Yes I know many staff are trying to get QLD RP back to its former glory when Jgree was in charge (the good old days). Apologies for the bad reviews guys, but QLD RP deserves it.

The staff performance is poor, and even my friends have told me how bad their experiences with the staff have been.

4.5 Stars. Best Australian ER:LC server. Deserves to be in the top 3. Why you may ask? Well for starters They do DAILY SSU'S in my time zone (I am in AEST) 2. Friendly staff; Always resolves issues. 3. Late Moderation call responses ; This one bugs me. You guys have staff, I know your in need of staff, but why make it so long? 4. Playercount ; Always gets full, but people do not know how to drive when there is construction. Even staff. When I blocked off a lane, they think they can use the other lane until they see another car zooming their way. Causes a lot of disturbance. 5. Restruants and Departments. 5a - Restruants : Mods advertise restruants in ER:LC, but when I decide to go there, there is little to no one. I am pretty sure I am always late haha. 5b - Departments : Not sure why RACQ is always the lowest department count, and the QLD Police force always has much more members, and also arrests civillians unlawfully. Overall: A bit to imrpove on, overall BEST ER:LC server I ever played in. Might even apply for staff.

Leadership within this community has been highly unprofessional. I was previously a staff member and was terminated after using an alternate account, despite being told by the server owners that staff were permitted to use alts. This decision was inconsistent with the guidance that had been given and was handled poorly. Additionally, the staff team frequently displays disrespectful and unprofessional behavior toward regular members. This creates a negative and unwelcoming environment for the community. Overall, the lack of clear communication, fair enforcement of rules, and respectful treatment of members reflects poorly on the leadership and management of the server.

This is a genuinely great server with staff members who are not only kind, but consistently present when you need support. Any time you have a question or run into an issue, someone is there to help without hesitation. The departments are well‑organised and operate exactly the way they should, keeping everything running smoothly and professionally. Overall, it's a welcoming community that clearly puts effort into making sure everyone has a positive experience.

This server removes negative feedback about its staff and issues a 15-minute timeout without providing any explanation. Edit: I just got banned from the server for posting the aforementioned negative feedback, reasons provided were made-up. Edit: Staff members just called my feedback "false" despite never have witnessing the actual scene. Edit: Was just informed people were spamming "hahaha" regarding my ban.

I was kicked for literally delicately punching players, despite the fact that ongoing issues such as cuff rushing and SZ RDM are ignored. Additionally, staff frequently interrupt situations and disregard reports instead of addressing them properly.
