It is a very good roleplay community, are applying for staff and climbing up the ranks i have seen nothing but positivity.

This server is genuinely one of the worst experiences I’ve had on ER:LC. There’s practically no moderation anywhere. The gameplay isn’t even close to “roleplay”, it’s just people driving SWAT trucks like toys, ramming into players, and crashing into anything they see. I ended up in two separate police chases, and both were handled terribly. In the first chase, the scene was a mess. Officers placed cones on my head and one was literally dancing on my body. In the second chase, I ran with no weapon out, and an officer still shot me without any valid reason. I only fired back afterward, which ended up killing him even though he had a shield. This server desperately needs actual moderation and roleplay standards. Right now, it’s the worst ER:LC server I’ve played. Honestly, even a server with two players and no moderators would offer a better experience than this.

The only this I got to say is this is the BEST server in the HISTORY of ER:LC. Staff are Very Kind + Professional, Lovely Community and Just the Best server I have joined in my time in ER:LC. (+ Great and Professional Roleplays).

Really good managment

Staff was rude and corrupt. I reported a cop who was also a staff member that was vdming by ramming into people's cars, but he refused to admit his wrongdoing and he sent a clip that cut certain parts off so it didn't look like he did anything wrong. Staff somehow believed that, and the cop started being toxic in chat.

Absolute Terrible Staff were bullying me and others like when i had a clip but they didnt care and there was a kid hacking who called mod false reported me false banned me absolute terrible server someone should get rid of this stupid server absolutely sh**

99% of staff is unprofessional, doesn't know how to manage a roleplay, doesn't know punishment guidelines, doesn't even consult members before warning, have no chance of appealing a warning cause you don't know what you get warned for, just get a message you've been warned blah blah blah, TM should not have cmds unless during ride along for training, they don't enforce half the rules, main ones they do is the basics, cuff rush, auto jail, rdm, vdm, TA. Never enforce NLR, member disrespect, Fear RP, using WL while not WL, using exotics without perms.

Less than 24h after I finished my Trial as a Moderator and became an official Junior Moderator, they started harassing me over a simple, innocent "I am retiring now that my trial is over" joke. So I went ahead and immediately retired from the staff due to the threats of termination. Also, they never removed a false warning I got for "Cuff rush 2x" even when I literally tased, said -cuffs- and was asking a civilian why they were evading police. The moderator couldn't even chat with me due to age differences and just went ahead and griefed our RP. Edit: After retiring, I did apply for Staff again, and completed my training as a Staff Trainee for the second time, and became a Trial Moderator again. This review was then printed and sent on the staff chat, where I was trash-talked as if I were not there. Edit 2: They literally harassed me and started attacking me with "flood" claims when I did not, and then they proceeded to try and teach me about my real-life job/college stuff, and then tried to silence me for correcting them on MY OWN PERSONAL LIFE, acting as if they know more about my country's system than I do. Edit 3: Harassment intensified when they started deleting my messages/images and baselessly accusing me of "advertising". Edit 4: Now they're harassing me for virtually everything and anything I say or do. Edit 5: I was threatened, then double-striked for asking questions that the SHR team could not answer, then I decided that it was the last straw. I announced I was retiring, to which the founder HIMSELF answered by staff-blacklisting me. Now, I have not mentioned this before because policy says we would get community blacklisted for "privacy breach", but I've witnessed: People who were punished for racism, mentions of sexual stuff, harassing girls, etc., were almost all revoked. They literally revoked someone's termination for something serious, then promoted them from junior admin to senior admin. The staff chat is home to daily conflicts, arguments, etc...
