I'm not one to complain too much, but if we are sitting here asking for reviews I'd be happy to share. This server has pretty interesting power dynamics and the way they do punishments. It's relatively organized, but extremely biased. If you aren't liked and or respected within the community you won't go far at all. And that goes for being in departments where there should be no bias whatsoever. Besides that, when there is a good crew online in sessions roleplay can be quite immersive until someone just comes and screws it all over. Interesting server, biased, can be good when everyone is "on the same page"

great server, has good staff that actually know what they are doing. active and has good RP scenes. love this server. staff is actually active and a lot of them bring good vibes in the community.

I love this server and as staff for this server it is fun and i love the pd team and ofc our wonderful 01 and 02 of pd they are good at running the departments and also Northern is a safe place for me because they make you feel known and they understand and hear you you will no go ignored by anyone its like home but better.

Couldn’t be happier to be apart of this amazing staff team and community I wish I could give 6 starts

Northern RP is a really fun server to be playing in and it's the first server that I found that actually does training for fire department EMS and sheriff department police department they all have the training academy that's why I joined the server there's a lot of good people in a lot of bad people well we all have our different personality

I love northern city roleplay but there’s a lot of problems as in late night session almost every civ is cop baiting gta driving rdming vdming etc and sometimes very to no cops but we’re getting better at that overall really great servo

This is a good server but the one thing that annoys me is when we have more than enough votes for ssu it takes almost and extra 2 or 3 mins to start the session but overall this is a good server with great staff and what else I like is the livery on NCPD.

I would rate this server 2 stars due to inactivity and inconsistencies in staff enforcement. I received a warning for using a different username, while a staff member reportedly violated the same rule multiple times without consequence. Additionally, my alternate account was banned without a clear reason, and shortly after, a rule was added stating that alternate accounts are not allowed, despite evidence that other users are permitted to use them. There also appears to be a lack of consistency in rule enforcement, as I have proof of similar cases being treated differently. Furthermore, the server currently lacks engaging activities or content for members. I would not recommend this server for serious roleplay due to these issues.

Is my favorite server so far

Yes it's that time- Another review from me. And this time- Things have gotten alot better. From when I first joined from going from 3 to 2 to 1 star reviews- Of no staff- No moderation- Abunch of issues etc- to Now... Since I became staff I was basically the only one on... 30 ish hours a week moderating... But now, There is a more fuller Staff Team- And now you've got like 5-6 Staff getting around 4 hours a week in-game. It's making moderation better and the server more enjoyable to play. There still is some issues within Discord Moderation, Including Some members having favourtism and not being punished for TOS Violations due to being close or friends with directors etc- Alongside some issues with Some HR's targetting certain Staff and reports on staff taking weeks to handle. Overall, Server has improved ALOT, I hope to see it improve even more.

As a mod, I’m proud of the roleplays recently, barely mod calls and people fairly role playing.

Out of all the servers I’ve played in over the years of my playing ERLC I would have to say this is the best server I’ve played. It has a great community that will make amazing RolePlays for everybody to use and be apart in. It’s always a really fun time playing in this server , theres almost never a dull time in the server 10/10 would recommend playing.

as one of the senior moderators in this server. i have been playing ERLC for a long time and this has been the best server i have seen. we do sometimes have problems with staff in game, but that will be fixed soon. and the departments are great ( especially the livery's ) and ranked LEO knows what they are doing. not much restrictions. which most servers have a lot. and roleplays are great. including the staff team. they are great too.

As a director of this server I will say that is is most likely the most different fictional server out there, with the best opportunity (I know it seems biased lol). All of our management and directorship members can be fired and punished unlike other servers. Even I can be removed from my Director position if necessary which not many servers do today. We give every player an equal opportunity and we treat everybody equal. We do have a problem with little to none staff members online during ssu's but we are working to solve that by encouraging more members to apply for staff. We do have Zai who is ingame a lot and mini mods while he is ingame. We do have some things we could work on but if you stick around you will see a great server.
