I used to enjoy NYS, however the server has decreased a lot. Ever since a bunch of people, including multiple High ranks, an ownership number, multiple internal affairs members, and countless moderators, the servers just never been the same. Flag, the previous owner, gave the server to someone named corporal who was there from the start. While corporal was nice and all, he didn't know how to run a server, not on his own. he ended up giving the server to the California state roleplay owner, who attempted to get the server active but I have not seen them full in months, and I'm not sure that NYS will ever be like it used to. I used to be an assistant director, a major in their state police, and I was in every single one of their departments at least once. It's really sad to see how much of NYS has gone down.

It's a nice server don't get me wrong but there's literally no roleplay;the only roleplay I saw is FD responding to a tree fire and people driving around. Liverys are pretty nice. Mod call response is very quick but my mod call was started with "Hello" I asked if the discord server is required he said yes then I said thanks but without saying "anything else?" He just tped away which kinda spoiled the review. And as I'm writing this a random dude just drove past my car and shot it and drove off. Over all it's a server I would recommend.

Nice server, server as hicom for a while. Decent staff, sessions could be more gmy based. Rps are decent to. Overall I do recommend if your looking for a decent rp server.

Good server, sometimes people get ahead of themselves and start disrespecting/not following their own rules. Most people are power hunger but overall I love this server been here for 1 year and loved my experienced here. Really good and well handled server would really recommend this server. I have been staff here for most of my time and I love the OST team they are always nice and kind, mostly active within the staff team and they can provide assistance anytime needed.

If you want a server to stay in forever nys is gold for you. They are the best. I found them in the ERLC private server tab and so fell in love with the server.

The staff take a while to respond to calls, but that's only if there's like less than 4 staff on. Otherwise its good

5/5, Server is pretty good. Only complaint would be slow starts on the server but once it gets going it's pretty good!

Amazing server, Staff is quick and very reliable when it comes to moderation calls(make sure to have proof). Extremely active departments, civilian operations including mafias are present in the server. Great community, definitely would try it.

Best RP server. those who want the BEST roleplay experience with good moderation, I would highly recommend this server.
