New Farlands Roleplay (NFR) offers players the chance to be on one of the several departments with separate duties, such as:

Police: The Police department enforces laws and order within the game world. Members of the Police department can drive around the streets, investigate crimes, and generally keep the community safe.

EMS (Emergency Medical Services): The EMS department is about providing medical services to those who need it. Players could report to the scene of an emergency; provide first aid to a patient; and transport the patient to the hospital for further treatment.

The Fire department specialises in responding to structure fires, vehicular accidents and other emergency situations that require firefighting expertise. Players of the Fire department can come together to put out pre-meditated fires, rescue and first aid activities, and salvage properties from severe damage.

Variety of roleplay options: First, the variety of departments makes roleplaying more interesting and less repetitive for you as a player, should you choose to take on the task as a police officer, a firefighter, a Metro driver, or whichever department you enjoy working in. Second, it gives you the opportunity to experience many types of jobs in a single roleplay session, as you can switch from one department to another. Realism: Not only is the broad variety of departments more realistic and immersive for each individual roleplayer, it also creates a realistic and respectful environment for everyone. With a variety of departments, you have the option to try on multiple roles, creating a bustling living city with a work and community vibe.
