The Internal Affairs Supervisor falsely banned someone, after they got terminated in a whole different server, the banned person has been unbanned, but the staff member hasn't been punished.

A high ranking staff member false banned someone after they got terminated from a department in another server. When the person was found to have false banned the ban was revoked but the staff wasn't punished.
