Terrible staff, terrible server

Horrible horrible server, worked there over summer for something to do. Insanely uptight. Turned someone I considered to be a close friend away by forcing them to enforce policies that made no sense and was not fair. everything was met with the threat of blacklist or demotion and was forced to commit to spending every sunday on a call when I should have been getting rest. Not to mention doxxing people for literally no good reason. Cheif is a corrupt C U Next Tuesday and should not be leading a server when he has power trips and threatens literal children and then leaks minors names.

Horrible server, the owner has leaked many peoples identities. The owner acts like a five year old and the staff do also. I do not recommend joining because you could get you're identity leaked or much worst.

Chief is the most fucking corrupted idiot i know, He can't run a server for shit. He threatens minors for a living and leaking their FULL Name.

As the Former Deputy Director: Metro Beach is an okay community, if you remove the ownership from the picture. Whilst I am appreciative of everything this community has given me, I was subject to two years of torture to say the least, even whilst paying for every premium service we had, (Totalling 130USD a month) I was working unreasonable hours (66 hours a week on average), and was treated like I was nothing. I was roped into being Chief's (Director) assistant for things outside of ER:LC, forced to develop bots, and the big thing here, when I (jokingly at the time) asked for payment, I was threatened with termination. Overall, I wouldn't recommend being Staff for this community to my worst enemy. 2 years of dedication, and what did I get out of it, some robux, but most of it were for community expenses anyway. I took away like 2k robux personally. There were unreasonable policies that I reluctantly enforced, including prohibiting HRs from going on Do not disturb, forcing people to have the server link in their user bio, controlling what they put on their profile. There were also completely impossible partnership requirements, that we'd get full on shouted at and striked if we didn't meet, like we could be chilling in a VC, and the Director (Chief) would force us to get 5 partnerships within 30 minutes, and then he goes off to play Oath of Office. Overall he exercises a very hands off approach, and blames his Staff for everything that goes wrong. But when I finally get fed up and decide to resign and stop paying for things due to financial issues that this community caused, not only was I not given the courtesy of a resignation announcement, I wasn't even given a response, I just had all of my roles removed down to Community Member, including Premium and Community Supporter which I DIRECTLY PAID FOR. As of recently, I have been added to the long list of people who have been banned for speaking up against MBRP after making this review, but I don't care anymore.

The begining of my membership was very fun, and it was an amazing community, but near the end of my time at the community, I started to watch the server decline, and over time its became noticable, and its saddening, I would love to see this communite revived, and abviously the stupid polices changed, there needs to be a lot of change, but if he acutally finds his way, and learns from previous mistakes, its possible.

As a former Staff Member for MBRP I have witnessed the Deputy Director get all of his roles removed, including ones he paid for after all that he has done for the server. After he said he couldn't pay for stuff anymore and was resigning, he removed everything including roles that were paid for via the store.

The server staff are genuinely really uptight and strict about everything. One of the key parts of these servers that I can guarantee you are looking for is a sense of community and enjoyment, which you won’t get from here. You just have the directorial team basically acting like dictators and punishing anything that isn’t up to their standards. Also if you mention anything in a vc as a joke, not even aimed at someone just a harmless joke, you will get moderated for no reason at all. It’s just an awful community. Finally, as soon as you become a staff member they force you to implement the most stupid policies i have ever seen, such as forcing you to have their discord invite in your bio as a method of exploiting workers for cheap advertising. Just stay away from these servers. All I hear constantly is the owner and other directorial board shouting at staff for not hitting member goals, which you would expect as everyone except dead and bot accounts would avoid this server at all costs. I have had a ticket open for 10 days now with no response, probably due to the corrupt nature of the community and nobody responding to any tickets made regarding their staff team. The owner has also just announced their new release of screen sharing a booster perk, which to me, highlights his eager intent for money and finances, rather than creating an enjoyable "community" which he states as his clear focus, and when confronted about it just stated "Its my server. If you dont like it, get out."

One of the worst ER:LC servers I have ever worked for. I was expected to secure twelve partnerships per day and maintain extremely high activity standards. The director, Chiefrich, is one of the laziest people I have ever seen or worked for. This server’s senior high-ranking members foster some of the worst and most hostile working conditions I have experienced in my life. As an ex-server staff member, it was miserable to work for this community. I was also forced to assist with the director’s personal life and business by purchasing a Microsoft 365 Business subscription so he could regain access to his accounts, treating me like a personal footrest. I was required to follow ridiculous rules, such as not being allowed to set my status to Do Not Disturb, which is completely unreasonable. They should not be controlling their staff members’ profiles. The leadership is poor, the current staff members are terrible, and the server’s staff is unprofessional. It was hell to work for, and I would not wish this server on my worst enemies. If I could rate it 0 out of 10, I would. DO NOT JOIN THIS SERVER.

Metro Beach is one of the worst communities I have seen in my four years of being in ER:LC servers and speaking with owners. The owner ChiefRichardson is one of the most corrupt people I have ever met, and I am sure they are even worse in real life. I am sure he treats his in real life company staff the same way he did with his RP staff, horrible, and dehumanizing with what policies he implemented in the discord. Those are partnership requirements, member requirements, tickets getting answered all in the same day even though most of them were directed towards him for his ignorance to the community, and a link in bio rule. You don't tell anyone what to put in their bio for your server that won't even see the success of most ER:LC servers.

One of the most realistic servers I've met, with a great staff team and UI, handling situations properly when needed. Has so much potential on becoming the next best servers in ER:LC.

One of the best i have been in. The experience with server within the server is so good i would recommend this server.

The first time I joined this server, it was nice, fun, active, but now it’s shit, chief still hasn’t done anything about the servers stuff or anything, so I’d recommend rethinking staying here, don’t apply, you get forced to do everything like partnerships-he tells you to do like 5 in 30 minutes, you never get appreciated for anything you do at all, I did a bunch of partnerships, you wanna know what I got? Nothing. Don’t apply in this shit server or you will be forced to do everything

Had my ticket open for 5-6 hours. Hasn't even been read yet. But they can close my IA ticket..
