Got unbanned so I decided to go in game, complete chaos from the start, MRDM everywhere, fires etc, mods are barely doing sh##, they take like 5minutes just to warn someone for RDM, most mods weren't even helpful.. Repost since it got deleted, this is my honest opinion and is not intended as a feedback bombing or wtv u call it

Thank you for your feedback. In the future, we will try to monitor the staff more and have more staff on in order to help the server. We hope you have a better experience in the future.
Best server ever. It isn’t because of staff rank etc. There really good RPs. Even you can be ingame and be tired of staff work, join law enforcement and you will enjoy all RPs. Perfect server.
Didnt read the staff guide and He PM a higer rank whit no perms also i asked him to say if we can balance the team because if was 24 civs vs 7 cops

We inform all our staff to read the guide once they pass training he doesn’t need any special permissions to message a high-rank as for balancing the teams only high ranks are allowed to do that so he followed the correct procedure If you believe there’s an issue feel free to open an IA ticket and our team will look into it

server is just AMAZING, i dont have words to explain it. THE nicest people. If someone gets in an argument with someone it gets resolved and makes peace w everyone!!! underrated server tbh!!! 10/10

ObsidianDeathcool, Mr. Deathcool loaded me without reason. He then sent me private messages without any grammar what so ever and was threatening to kick me for watching a mod scene. As a former moderator for UKBRUM, we wouldn’t kick our members for watching us enforce the guidelines. Next, I then called him and he approached me with no grammar what so ever and says he has a clip. My rating is completely honest.

We understand your frustration and we appreciate you taking the time to share your experience however that's exactly why we have a support system in place If you believe a staff member acted inappropriately you're encouraged to open an IA (Internal Affairs) ticket and provide any proof you may have. Action will be taken accordingly if the evidence supports your claim.
Only server i play, a fun, enjoyable and realistic role play is always guaranteed! Other staff are really friendly too.
Along the time I worked here, lower ranks do most of the moderation and HR just sit back infracting us for every little mistake. In-game is very chaotic and needs more staff, although they have a team of like 50. Overall its a good server but just be aware of the chaos around spawns. Oh and if your and a HR do something where you both get punished, be ready for the HR to get away with it while you don't. Moderation needs to be fixed and more fair for all people, of all ranks.

We apologise for your experience with the chaotic gameplay as stated in our discord announcements we’re working to improve this. Regarding moderation even small mistakes can affect the server which is why we enforce all listed requirements fairly HRs are not exempt if they break rules they must appeal like everyone else If you believe something was handled unfairly please open a ticket with proof

Worked here for a few weeks; the staff are alright, not the greatest. Also very chaotic all the time because the punishments aren't strict enough.

Thank you for your feedback We apologise for the chaotic experience this is partly due to the lack of staff coverage in the EST time zone which we are working to address. Regarding punishments we are working on big updates like departments to make the server much better. We appreciate your understanding.
A great server that is realistic that has a great team of staff members. I would definitely recommend this server to all types of people wanting to roleplay.
