At Dallas County Roleplay, we understand exactly what it's like to be a player in a roleplay community — the excitement, the expectations, and sometimes, the frustrations. Many servers fall short because they lean too far in one direction: too strict with little room for creativity, too loose with no real structure, or riddled with unnecessary drama that ruins the experience.
That's where we stand apart.
We've built this server from the ground up with one goal in mind: balance. Our leadership team is made up of experienced roleplayers who’ve seen what works and what doesn’t. We’ve taken that knowledge and created a community where professionalism meets enjoyment.
Our staff is well-trained, respectful, and always working to maintain a safe, structured, and engaging environment. Whether you're here for serious patrols or casual fun, we provide a space where both can thrive. No excessive restrictions, no drama — just quality roleplay with a community that actually listens and cares.
This is more than just another RP server — this is a server made by roleplayers, for roleplayers.
Oh my god, this server is awful... The only reason this server has so many votes is the perks, not bc it's actually good. EVERY good review is by staff members; this just shows you can't actually RP. And stating ownership is corrupt is an understatement; they will ban you for insulting them, while they can insult your whole bloodline. And if you're honest in their WEEKLY "rate our SHRs"? They will ban you for trolling.
Scroll down, ignore the votes. Find something worth playing; this is not it.

We’re sorry to hear you had a negative experience. Our perks were only recently introduced, so they’re still new to the community. I’m also curious why you believe I’m “corrupt,” as I don’t recall ever seeing you in the Discord or in-game interacting with our members. Regarding the bans you mentioned, we have only removed people who were trolling during reviews, and we have proof of the incidents.
I've been playing ERLC since early release, and since Private servers became the best option.
Dallas County roleplay is by far the best out of every server I've played, with constant SSUs, an amazing selection of departments, top notch liveries and ELS, and much more
The staff team though, is really something else. The DCLR staff team hold a level of professionalism, self control, and calm under pressure I've never seen before, they work together on everything and most problems are always resolved in a matter of minutes.
I've heard some people say in their reviews that the foundership is corrupted and bad at their job, this is not the case in the least. Over the past few days, I've been corresponding with the BOD and founder on a situation that's become somewhat high stress, and the way they've been handling it is just astonishing to me, any other BOD would have just handed the problem off to someone else, but no, they've been doing their best and I can't thank them enough.
Dallas County Roleplay is by far the most realist and professional ER:LC server I've seen, and hope to be a part of for a long time coming.
Hi there! I’m the server owner, and I’d really appreciate it if you could open a ticket in our Discord to share more detailed feedback. I’m not sure why you feel I’m corrupt, especially since I haven’t seen you active in the community before. Thanks for your input, and have a great day!
I've been here since the server started. And personally it has been the best server I have met many new people and have become friends with people I had never liked before. I just want to thank the Founder of Secret_Dozen for always respecting his staff team. Additionally, he has become one of my closest new friends.
honestly..
this has been the greatest staff team I have ever been apart of. the departments are spectacular, this may seem weird, but i love everything about this staff team. we arent perfect which makes it the best. the directorship is fantastic, the foundership team is spectacular, and just overall this is a great environment to be around.
ever since I first joined the staff team at 150 members, i felt like i genuinely belonged. watching this server grow into something amazing is the most beautiful thing ive ever seen from an erlc server.
i just knew as soon as i joined the internal affairs team, i belonged. even before that when I had just joined. now to see this server grow to almost 1000 MEMBERS is actually insane.
love you dozen,
young
This server is absolutely incredible! The staff are friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The roleplays are immersive and well-organized, making every session exciting and realistic. The custom liveries are top-notch, with a wide variety of vehicles and designs to choose from, all looking sharp and professional. The ELS system is impressive and adds a whole new level of realism. I truly enjoy being part of this community and it’s amazing to watch it grow and improve every day!
Well it was good at first, except not really. Someone was sniping on a mountain near the gun store, and mods took a while to deal with it. Then I was driving around the city, go into the parking garage and there's this gang full of server admins shooting anyone who enters. Then after all that, I go back to the gun store just to find that someone was boarding it up, and then the guy cuff rushes me, so I use my bail and was going to go back and get a clip of it, but then find I'm banned for no reason given at all. Clear case of corruption by those parking garage dwellers.

Hey, sorry about your experience. Staff don’t shoot while on-duty, and staff bases are off-limits but usually just result in a warning to leave. We know response times can vary, but that’s why we have a discord report command and a Discord ticket system. If you feel your ban was unfair, feel free to open a ticket so we can take a look.
Dallas County has been one of the best servers I’ve ever been staff in, and I’ve been in quite a few. This one just feels different. It’s not perfect, but that’s honestly what makes me respect it more. It’s not trying to act like it has everything figured out; it’s actively working on it. We all are.
Being SHR here is something I genuinely enjoy. It’s not just a title, it’s a role I take seriously, and one that’s been supported every step of the way. Leadership here actually listens. It’s not a place where your opinions get buried or ignored. People’s voices matter here, whether you’re a SHR or HR, regular staff, or just a community member trying to speak up. That’s rare, and it’s something I don’t take for granted.
The staff team is constantly evolving. We’re still building, still improving, still figuring things out, but we’re doing it together. There’s no “you against us” energy. Everyone on this team is here because they want to make something great. And yeah, it’s a process, but it’s one I’m proud to be a part of.
Same goes for the community. It’s being worked on every day. We’re not here to be another cookie-cutter ER: LC server where the Roleplay dies five minutes in. We’re building a space where people can actually enjoy real, structured, meaningful roleplay. And sure, it takes time. But the fact that we’re even having these conversations, putting in the effort, and holding people to a higher standard says a lot about where this server is headed.
I’ve never felt like just a name on the roster here. I’ve felt involved. Heard. Motivated. And the more time I spend here, the more I realize this is a place worth investing in.
Dallas County is still growing. Still improving. Still learning. But the foundation is solid, and the people behind it actually care. That’s what makes it one of the best servers I’ve ever been in. And I’m proud to be here while we build something that’ll last.
Dallas County roleplay is so good; they have an amazing staff team, and we have people who said we would never work out. Look where they are! Thank you all.
