Scenario: Imagine you’re a moderator in an open-world roleplay game, and you encounter a player engaging in RDM (random deathmatching) against another player. In your server, you have the authority to kick or warn them, but there's a concern that they'll simply join another server and continue their disruptive behavior.

Solution: This is where the PRIV DB (Private Database) comes into play. If your server is in a validated partnership with us, you can report the offending player to the PRIV DB. The report will then be reviewed by a PRIV DB admin, who will either accept or deny it.

Once the report is accepted, any other server—whether or not they are part of the PRIV DB Partnership Program—can access the player's history. This allows admins from other servers to see if the player has previous warnings or bans. As a result, they can take appropriate action, such as issuing a warning or ban, based on the player's record.
