Openplay Roleplay is a free to play Roleplay server with no restrictions. You dont need voice chat at all! The server admin may not be here all the time but if they are you are very lucky! when the server admins won't be here the moderators will be the players with more than 15,000 XP. The other players may listen to the ''moderators'' even if they do not have the :m command. when the owner of the server even if their still are players with more that 15,000 XP they will not be moderators at all.
