We are an open-minded server with multiple roleplay modes. Using CAD, a Law Enforcement Officer can: change availability, lookup plates, licenses, names, (Arrest) Warrants, and Judges and police can easily issue data like this into the system. CAD will always be paid by NorCal as long as feastibly possible, and the cost is not moved onto the user. In short, NorCal is both professional and free, both in terms of money and freedoms.
