It looks like a decent server. However when I joined there were extremely long peacetimers, and when I asked why, the admin aarav said that he was the only admin online. The roleplays are alright but there are many rulebreakers that go unpunished because not many staff are online.
Very nice staff, only problem is that some staff have anime liveries, they are copyrighted. (Against TOS) remove them and its def gonna change everything.
This is one of the most horrible servers I had ever joined. At first everything looked good especially when normal roleplays were being conducted. However, when I logged into the server yesterday, I saw literal anime staff liveries driving around. What is this? An anime convention? Not to mention the way the staff act, for example this roblox_ staff guy giving out warnings for things he was unsure of. Not to mention the insanely long peacetimers being set. When I was chasing a criminal as the LAPD, I drove past the Sherriff's office and to my surprise I saw staff literally killing each other. I don't know what is going on but the server name itself has the word "professional" but I do not see that anywhere within the server. Overall, horrible experience, even the old LARP is more professional in terms of roleplay.
I really love the server dynamic, I called mod and I got an instant response from Admin Viri, he dealt with the situation accordingly to the server rules, and couldn't do it any better!

Terrible experience on this Los Angeles server. The administration is completely unresponsive — mod calls go unanswered, and nothing ever gets resolved. One of the admins, Czlekowiek, just stands at spawn doing absolutely nothing and ignoring everyone. On top of that, half the server is taken up by a so-called "Whitelisted Team", making the whole place feel empty and dead. Would not recommend.
This is one of the most unrealistic and poorly managed ER:LC servers I’ve ever seen. The level of professionalism is literally non existent, and it’s clear the staff team doesn’t care about quality or realism. One of the biggest issues is the fact that they use copyrighted anime designs on their staff liveries (pikachu, patrick n stuff + it's literally proven), which is a direct violation of roblox's tos, yet nothing is or will be done about it. The server feels (and probably is) completely fake, and I honestly have no idea how it maintains a rating above 3 stars. It’s almost certain the good reviews are from staff members or people connected to the team because no genuine player would rate this private server this highly. Overall, the server is a disgrace to the ER:LC community and absolutely not worth your time. I even had to make a discord account just for this...
If I could rate this 0 stars, I happily would. This is the worst server on ER:LC. Firstly, They allow their moderators to have unrealistic avatars, Such as headless. The staff ignore the moderation calls, and ignore stuff such as VDM, RDM, LTAP etc. They broke multiple Roblox ToS such as they have copyrighted anime on their staff liveries. I'm surprised this server has 4.3 stars. As well as, You get kicked randomly, For no given reason. You get brought to different moderation scenes when you are not involved. I even have it noted of the worst staff member in this community, Who themselves, Wear headless. Disgraceful server. DISGUSTING.
Very good and chill server, great HR+ to. And they have a lot of liveries.

This is the worst server I've seen on ERLC. They have horrible staff liveries and the server isn't even realistic, bro, they have copyrighted anime on their ownership team liveries (goes against Roblox's ToS but what are they going to do anyway)… Additionally, this might be the only genuine review because everyone that's reviewed this server is probably staff or has some correlation to staff, because who the hell would even give this server 3+ stars otherwise..? Nothing in this server is realistic. I feel sorry for all the staff who are working here.
Best server in ERLC. The community is nice and helpful staff always online and taking care of mod calls with perfection. 10/10

All staff members active and well trained same with departments
Could use better moderation, could be a more fun role play server, definitely needs to give people who are high command in depts perms in erlc so the high command of the departments can kick someone for trolling, warn a person not in dc, etc, you really need to give department hicom commands to manage the people in their departments.
Decent Modding, Decent System. I just need to see that extra uniqueness that might make this server stand out against other LARP Servers.
