Iowa State Roleplay is a dedicated ER:LC community on Roblox focused on delivering an immersive, realistic, and enjoyable roleplay experience. We pride ourselves on maintaining a welcoming and active community where players of all experience levels can find opportunities to grow, engage, and have fun.

We offer a wide range of career paths and advancement opportunities, including staff positions and multiple specialized departments. Our structure includes two Police Departments, one Sheriff’s Office, and a State Agency featuring several divisions such as Criminal Investigations, Speed Enforcement, and Tactical Response Teams. Each department is designed to mirror real-life counterparts, providing an authentic law enforcement roleplay experience.

Our attention to detail is reflected in our high-quality, realistic liveries and professionally structured departments, all inspired by real-world agencies. This commitment to realism sets us apart as one of the few Iowa-based ER:LC servers on Roblox offering such a comprehensive and immersive setup, supported by a strong and active community.

While we are not a 24/7 server, we consistently host sessions every single day and have maintained this daily schedule for over three years without interruption. Our sessions are highly active, well-organized, and focused on delivering realistic scenarios that keep players engaged.

Very amazing server, very organized discord servers and roles for divisions and main server. Staff is very good and has a good response times. Liveries are very super good aswell as uniforms! Staff are very nice.

This is a great server I played I would even say the best staff comes when you call and the WL departments are the best with there livers and uniforms. SSU happens early for the people that play early and this is my main server to play in.

I've had multiple instances where staff fail to do there job. I have been moderated before in-game and although some we're reasonable, the staff members lacked common sense and situational awareness, and failed to do anything about what I was talking about. Also, whitelisted community members have abused there powers multiple times towards me. There's thing idea in all ER:LC community servers that whitelisted people have 'ultimate power' because they have more experience with roleplaying then un-whitelisted people do. Whilst I get that is true, it is a video game and it is truly pathetic that WLTs can just get people team removed because they are 'ruining a scene'. For example, I was on the Fire Dept team, and a WLT team member had me removed because I was ''spamming cones/generators'' (Mind you, I placed maybe 7 cones, to block off a road, and 2 generators). Having a casual conversation with them to solve our disagreements is just non existent, they sound like an AI chat bot, "Open a ticket... Open a ticket... Open a ticket..." Apart from this, the in-game server can be a mess sometimes with trolls, but usually isn't terrible. Sometimes the Discord server public channels are poorly moderated, and people are being disrespectful. I wouldn't recommend this server if your just wanting to have fun here and there, without having the responsibility of a quota, a 10 page worth of policies/regulations, because they wont treat you fairly!

Thanks for the feedback. We’re sorry to hear your experience felt this way. Staff and whitelisted members are expected to act fairly and professionally, and any concerns about their actions can be reviewed through tickets so they can be properly looked into. We also aim to keep moderation consistent with server rules and roleplay context. Your feedback will be passed to Management.

One of the best servers even if you're not ranked it's really fun. Great environment and departments to work in. I really give props to Chloe and Tyler. Even when we aren't serious and troll a lot it's really fun. Chloe is the nicest owner ever. I really think you should give this server a try you will thank all of us later- Admin and Sargent Sader.

Amazing server to play in including daily server start ups ranging times that last way beyond the point to have amazing roleplayes, the staff in the server always makes sure that you have the best experience possible.

Chloe and Tyler don’t just run an ERLC private server—they absolutely slay it. Like, if server management were a runway, they’d be stomping down it in slow‑mo with sunglasses on while everything behind them explodes in sparkles. They’re the kind of baddies who can shut down chaos with one message, host an event that somehow everyone shows up to, and still have time to drag trolls with the elegance of seasoned icons. The Iowa State Roleplay community is a place you may find the best experience. I have been to many servers but, nothing compares to ISRP. The community is dedicated to roleplays and finding ways to make a unique and engaging roleplay. The opportunities to be what you want and grow with knowledge are awesome.
