We are very strict and aim to be the best GC Roleplay seen on ERLC and we have professional staff which will be handpicked at the start of our journey to ensure every staff member is trained and knows what they are doing. We are aware of how some servers are with their staff and how some ERLC servers don't have the professionalism needed to have a good roleplay so we strive to improve that by making our staff team small and tidy with every staff member knowing the basics and knowing how to act. Our community does not offer much on the staff side and its so its simple and is not messy like "hire for free" games.

On the roleplay side of things, we are strict and try aim for realism and aim for fun. We are not strict to the point where its not fun but to the point where its exciting and fun for everyone. We accept everyone and there is no problem or issue with who you are or your gender, sexual orientation, race or religious context.

We aim to accept everyone and teach them how to roleplay if they don't know how rather than punishing them for FRP but for instance if we think you are purposely ruining someone's experience we will take it upon us to warn you or kick you.
