Staff are super unprofessional, sometimes using one letter commands, grammar is very poor, most if not all the good reviews are submitted by staff.

Maybe the staff like the server. The high ranking team are working on our staff to make sure they use more SPaG and use more then one letter commands

Very Sorry you feel this way can you make an IA Ticket explaining what a mod did?
This server is GREAT! Staff are very kind, helpful, and just seem like they know what they are doing. The actual discord server is also setup very well. One of the best parts is the Chicago Police Department’s server.

I've spent a fair amount of time on this ERLC server and while it has some potential, there are a few issues that stand out—mainly concerning the staff and moderation. First, it often feels like there are little to no active staff in-game. Situations escalate quickly—whether it's reckless roleplay, fail RP, or general rule-breaking—and there's no one around to address it in real-time. Players sometimes take advantage of this absence, and it can ruin the experience for those who are there to take the game seriously. When staff are present, some tend to act unprofessionally. Instead of calmly resolving issues or setting a good example, they can come off as dismissive, biased, or inconsistent with rule enforcement. It's frustrating when rules seem to apply differently depending on who you're dealing with. I genuinely want to see this server thrive because it has a strong community and decent RP when things are running smoothly. But the lack of consistent staff presence and professional moderation is holding it back. Better staff training, more in-game activity, and transparent rule enforcement would go a long way. Hope this feedback helps. Thanks.

I am very sorry you feel this way we are trying our best to do better. Just remember to have a clip ready when reporting a Staff member or someone breaks the guidelines.
