All admin actions must be logged with :log (reason)

No power abuse, favoritism, or unprofessional behavior allowed

Staff follow a clear chain of command: Moderator → Admin → Chief of Staff → Director

Inactive staff without notice may be reviewed for removal

Staff are expected to lead by example, guide the community, and keep the RP experience smooth and respectful for all players.
