Here in California State Roleplay, we have 3 main departments: California Highway Patrol, Los Angeles Fire Department (has 2 different branches: station 1 in the city and station 2 in the county), Los Angeles Police Department, and California Department of Transportation (CalTrans). Every department except CHP is free to enter without an application, but you must submit an application for a department if you wish to ever be promoted. We have sessions pretty much every day, except days when we have less than 3 active staff. We post announcements 1 hour before sessions start. (we post them in the sessions channel).
