(trial moderator, junior moderator, moderator, senior moderator, trial administrator, junior administrator, administrator, and senior administrator). if you get accepted to be a staff member after you apply, you get the following roles: Staff team, Staff award, and Trial moderator. you can get promotions and rank up more and more the more you work.
