The state of Bluewater is very captivating as it is located in the tropical area of the United States. Does this mean the crime rate is low? No, it absolutely doesn't! The crime rate is at an all-time high in the two areas of Fort Samanthey (city) and Seabreak Harbor (county area). The Bluewater State Patrol recently bought new cars, such as the Mustang and Dodge Hellcat, to catch the racers and speeders and show off their grapplers! The Fort Samanthey Township Police hides around in alleys waiting for the occasional robbery, and the Seabreak Harbor Sheriff's Office keeps the local suburbs and mountains safe! Amongst all this, private companies such as Joe's Towing and Auto Repair are working with the Fort Samanthey and Seabreak Harbor Fire Companies to keep fire down and accidents down by implementing new safety features in cars. Better yet, the Fort Samanthey Utility Company is staying on top of all the street and traffic light outages in check, fixing potholes, and keeping the highways salted during the wintertime! So far, this sounds like a good measure to keep things at bay. However...

The criminals and mafias are everywhere. Whether it's robbing small stores, or pulling large bank heists, there are countless criminals along Bluewater Coast. Automatics such as the PPSH and AK47 are being sold like wildfire, giving crime advantage over the strong M4A1 on the law's side.
