been to worse servers but i’ve also been to better

Overall the best server I've played, sure it's a bit biased since I'm staff, but it's just good overall, sure some aspects could change, and it's slowly dying, but the new management is bringing me hope.

used to play in v1 a lot, servers were way more active but no its like a ghost town when it is up, recently joined back expecting a full server with a long queue like before but now it peaks around 20 sometimes from when i am on and i have never seen a full server since i came back.

RP has significantly declined within the last few months, server is no longer ever full and SSUs are at horrible times, often SSDing at 7PM EST even on a weekend and only being up for about 4 hours. Not to mention the lack of management, they've been replacing owners like they're trading cards with a management member leaving like once every other month at this point. Used to be awesome, hard falloff.

I'll be honest, there has been somewhat of a decline with the RP quality, and on some larger SSU days the staff sometimes isn't prepared, but compared to other servers I've RPed on, this one is the best, I will say sometimes SSUs last 2-3 hours, but recently especially SSUs have been lasting 6+ hours.

One of the best servers I have played in a while! 10/10 Recommend playing this server!

One of the best Alaska servers it is very realistic, very fun, and Lots off cool divisions, the moderation is so good, Just I wish more people would join the SSU's.

Was and is a very immersive roleplay experience. Alot of detail within the structure of civilian operations and departments. The server was declining for a while but has since gottem way better, this has also affcted the WRP server.

Sad to watch it decline from the last few years. Moderation has gotten less strict, sessions aren't as good. The higher ups in APD, AST, AWT and WPD are getting lazy and don't care anymore. Moderation team is letting pretty much anyone in, no dress code and unrealistic avatars. The quality and activity of the server are difficult to watch decline, but no single person can be blamed for it. For the past year, the server founder has been struggling to find a team that is either fit or unproblematic to run the server. This resulted in a constant shift of server administration and direction. This has stirred issues. From my perspective, management is ineffective: some members do little to nothing, while others puppet everything. What they all share is a lack of experience, especially compared to previous teams. By fixing the management team, all other issues could be fixed. For new roleplayers, Alaska State Roleplay is an effective fit. Server rules are brief, covering just the basics of every other server. The server rules may be basic, but the server attracts a young player base. This results in a tremendous level of fail roleplay, constant rule violations, and a distinct lack of maturity. This guarantees a moderator will be called to every roleplay you are involved in. This isn’t a recent issue either – roleplay scenes have attracted staff members for years, but no regulations have been introduced to counter it. If you want a memorable and enjoyable experience, I’d keep looking – unless your memorable experience is being RDMed multiple times. If you are looking for a chat on the server, the majority of active members in the Discord server are mature, talkative, and friendly. As with all servers, some toxicity can exist within the chats, but the moderation team is often quick to address these issues. Personally, I believe the server to be a joy – but I will avoid getting in-game until the roleplay quality is better. Briefly, the server is excellent for new roleplayers – but it could use a lot of work.

Leoman deserves the promo. I did a ride along with him for an hour or so and he did very good. He deserves it. 100/10

Great server to roleplay with especially if you are willing to join the whitelisted departments. Some evenings are worse than others pertaining to roleplay quality. The staff team has made major improvements recently and I have seen a decrease in call wait times while not sacrificing quality assistance. The server seems to suffer from major drops in activity from its whitelisted members and sometimes you find the server is full of public server type players. The staff team continues to adapt and improve to improve roleplay quality and I am exited for the future of ASRP. Overall if you have a bad experience just give it some more time and seek out whitelisted LEO players. There is a spot within the ASRP community for every player new or experienced.

Most of the staff team is great, management team needs serious work done, roleplay experience has personally gotten worse and the server is dead half the time, very small chance you'll get a decent roleplay going, that isn't robberies or hostage situations. Server updates are mediocre and pointless for the most part, some updates are good though. Events are usually fun most of the time. Community within the discord is generally nice to interact with. Giveaways aren't frequent but they happen. @Bobsquad16
