Policies

Server Directory, Profile Directory, and Advertiser policies in one place.

Last updated: 14 May 2026

These policies govern listings, profile content, and reviews submitted to Melonly directories. By using directory features, you agree to these policies in addition to our Terms of Service and all applicable third-party platform rules.

All submitted communities must be legitimate, actively managed, and primarily focused on ER:LC roleplay.

  • Communities must comply with PRC community rules, Roblox Terms of Use, and Melonly Terms of Service.
  • Department-only or staff-only recruitment servers are not eligible for listing.
  • Community growth must be organic. Coordinated inauthentic activity is prohibited.
  • Vote manipulation, review manipulation, and bot-driven engagement are prohibited.
  • Review bombing or organized attacks targeting other communities are prohibited.
  • Melonly may reject or remove any listing that presents trust, safety, or integrity concerns.
  • No adult, sexual, exploitative, violent, or otherwise unsafe content.
  • Descriptions must be accurate and must not include external links or disguised redirects.
  • Assets must represent the actual community experience and not mislead users.
  • AI-generated promotional images are not allowed in server directory listings.
  • Do not include private, identifying, or doxxing information in listing content.
  • Reviews must reflect real first-hand experiences in the server being reviewed.
  • No harassment, hate speech, threats, slurs, or targeted abuse.
  • No spam, self-promotion, referral bait, or unrelated advertising.
  • No personal data, private logs, or identifying details about other people.
  • Fabricated reports, duplicate brigading, and coordinated review campaigns are prohibited.

Melonly may remove listings, reviews, profiles, or campaigns at any time when content violates these policies or creates a reasonable trust and safety concern.

  • Enforcement may include content takedown, listing restrictions, review suppression, or account action.
  • Repeated or severe violations may lead to directory suspension, ad suspension, or broader platform restrictions.
  • Appeals can be submitted to [email protected] with relevant evidence and context.

We may update these policies periodically. Continued use of directory or advertiser features after updates means you accept the latest version.
