i just wanna preface i have no recollection of being here and yet for some reason i'm an administrator, and i was mentioned in oyouiyouy's review i haven't played this game for months, what is this???

The owner made misogynist remarks like "kitchen" and "sandwich" before banning me in game after a stand off where he lag killed me. When I opened a ticket, not knowing he was the owner, he replied "oh hey there." and then banned me from the Discord, then the ticket closed without discussion.

The staff are rude and condescending toward members, completely unprofessional, and lie when problems come up. They make improper punishments, ignore actual rulebreakers, and then overreact to minor issues by making a scene instead of moderating properly. When they're called out, they lie to cover themselves. It's badly run and not worth being part of. This server sucks.

I was kicked from the server with zero warning, zero explanation, and no notification like “You are being kicked for 30 minutes.” A moderator was intentionally ramming my car as FD without sirens, and when I confronted them, they ran. They switched vehicles and switched teams multiple times. When I caught up, I used a weapon to stop them from fleeing. Instead of doing anything sensible about the actual problem, another moderator, clearly abusing their power, teleported to the offender and kicked me for absolutely no reason. Meanwhile, the perpetrator was repeatedly VDMing me and faced no consequences because they’re a known member. This is clear, undeniable bias. When I tried to discuss this on Discord, an unrelated moderator derailed the conversation with irrelevant points and acted immaturely while I tried to go against their arguments. When I asked a direct question, they just repeated themselves instead of giving a real answer. Then, despite their complete lack of justification, I was timed out for 24 hours. This is unfair, abusive, and favoritism at its worst.

I experienced repeated instances of RDM (random deathmatching) by multiple moderators, including having my car set on fire while I attempted to drive away, which clearly violated NLR rules. The director was present during these incidents but failed to intervene. In fact, he actively participated in and encouraged this mass RDM. When I confronted him to ask why he was behaving this way, he initially ignored me. When he finally responded, his behavior was highly unprofessional, making dismissive comments such as "cry about it" and "oh, you're so funny." I have recorded evidence of these interactions and plan to reference the clips if necessary. These unprofessional responses occurred multiple times in a voice channel while I was trying to resolve the issue. He replied to my messages in an immature manner, taking no accountability. The justification provided for this behavior was that the server was closed and moderators were using admin commands. However, this excuse was invalid, as I had previously informed them that I could not join the server due to an inaccurate invite code. I was unable to access the sessions channel, which would have indicated the server’s status. Despite this, he refused to answer any of my questions or provide clarification, even stating that he “had no need to be a good person” because the server was down. Also, regardless of the server status, members typically should not be treated like this. Though, one staff member I interacted with in a support ticket was competent, professional, and understanding. They helped make the situation more manageable and listened carefully, which was a great contrast to the behavior of the director and other moderators involved. "The user has also used AI for this review" is nonsense. I have video evidence of me writing the review. Take accountability. "This member was told that the session was not online and the server was under revamp" No I wasn't. Not until after I left. You'd know that if you read.

I was kicked for literally delicately punching players, despite the fact that ongoing issues such as cuff rushing and SZ RDM are ignored. Additionally, staff frequently interrupt situations and disregard reports instead of addressing them properly.

Before the server diverted to being more strictly VC-only, I had mostly good experiences with the community and staff. I was wrongfully banned once because an emote glitcher made it look like I said something awful, but the staff sorted it out and unbanned me. In my opinion, it’s a great VC-only server.

Some staff members have are terrible people outside and inside the server, and those involved will likely know who they are if they read this. I was recently banned for something I didn’t do a misunderstanding that wasn’t properly addressed even after I explained the situation. I was eventually unbanned because the moderator hadn’t logged the ban, but now I’m being threatened with a re-ban despite already being reinstated. I’ve only visited the server one or two times, but based on those experiences, I can’t recommend it.

March 9, 2026: ok nah this is my go-to server again, recommend. January 8, 2026: Nevermind. December 18, 2025: Gotta commend another star. Two staff members went above and beyond after a server shutdown and initiated an entertaining activity for me where I had to hide from a gun. That said, this doesn’t change the bad experiences I’ve had. You can see what I mean below. December 14, 2025: A staff report against an Assistant Director was closed without explanation by another AD, despite being told it would be handled by higher staff. No clarification or action was provided, suggesting favoritism. December 14, 2025: The server appears to delete or remove negative feedback and complaints about staff and server management. December 13, 2025: I was repeatedly auto-jailed and cuff-rushed without valid reason, making normal gameplay impossible. A moderator blamed me for actions I did not commit, ignored my explanations, and sided with the players targeting me, despite the situation starting as clear self-defense. December 13, 2025: I removed one star because three staff members failed to properly acknowledge what I was saying and warned me for an action I did not commit. Old, outdated review: At the moment, this is an excellent ER:LC server, especially for age-verified players who often can’t interact in other servers. The staff team is sensible, professional, and actually willing to help.

The staff kick you instantly for driving over one or two curbs, while certain players oddly get away with it. The community is immature, ignorant, and biased, and the staff's communication is lacking. Terrible server. Staff are unfair and impolite, and the higher ranks don't do anything about it. I recently got staff blacklisted and banned from the server. The reasons they provided were false, and they failed to talk about it responsibly. Do not join.

As a former staff member who may or may not return in the future, I can say this server is run very professionally and is an extremely fun place to be. I'm only taking off one star due to some moderation decisions and bits of drama I've seen, but overall it's well managed and has very few drawbacks. 100% recommend.
