About Me
I'm Justin: Developer, Staff Member, Department Coordinator. Infernal Affairs & Department Coordination Team @ Los Angeles Roleplay Community: In my role as Assistant Department Coordinator, I've also developed a Discord bot using Python to enhance department processes, which include links to ER:LC. Alongside that, within my career in departments, I've set up an EMS department from scratch with two others and have led that department and DHS (Homeland Security) as the director or chief for multiple months. Former Moderator @ QLDRP Overall I'm not the type of person to just be professional 24/7 in Discord, and when it's needed, I'm definitely professional, but here and there I'm a bit silly in-game mostly, but I try to be as professional as possible when it's required or expected.

Justin is the most influential person in LARPC in my opinion, without justin LARPC would fall in an instant, I don't think they could survive that. Lavox said he's "decent at his work", I think this might be the biggest proof he's no longer paying attention to this community bevause anyone that pays just a little attention to LARPC would see all the work Justin does for IA, making bots, keeping DCT standing, rebuilding EMS, having lead DHS, countless suggestions that would greatly improve the server... I could keeep going but I'll keep it short.
The best Internal Affairs members. He’s always active and always professional. He always talks to the community and makes sure everyone feels welcomed. He’s truely a nice lad and deserves management in my opinion

He's decent at the work, handles many important tasks on the server. However, when it comes to an issue, or something we need to decide together, his attitude can become sky-high.
Justin has been my best friend throughout LARPC and I honestly don't know where I would be without him. He's a great leader, and if he sets his mind to something he will do an amazing job at it. He is also a great DCT and IA, and also built an entire department with only one other person.
This person is generally very relaxed, can have a good laugh, but is also professional when needed. Now please release my family 😔 5/5.

As a mod helps out with scenes always online. Great person to talk to and helpful when needed at most with the fact at taking in ideas than some other dct people do and say no to them Justin always has a reason if it's a no. always taking the ideas to dct. Great person 5/5 would rate more for this guy he knows how to code with making a whole bot that checks servers to add roles again 5/5 would rate more but melonly wont >: (Knows how to code should do commissions)

I've known Justin for a while, initially due to our shared interest in paramedicine. We founded LA-EMS together in LARPC, and since then we've become great friends. Justin is extremely dedicated to his roles as IA and DCT, and sure as hell isn't afraid to steer away from what is considered the norm, forwarding policies that actually affect the community in a noticeable & positive manner. Never stop what you're doing man, you're the best.
Helped me in a a mod scene, told the truth and as a good awareness of what car department uses and specification those car have.

If I could put half stars, it'd be a 4.5. Do not get me wrong, Justin is an amazing staff and particularly IA & DCT. Discord wise, he is always professional, active and one of the few people that actually want to help this server. Game wise, he sometimes can be goofy, maybe most times too much but aren't we all basically. I don't believe that there is someone who is perfect because everyone can improve. Other than that, keep up the good work Justina.
He is the best member of Internal Affairs and the DCT. He carried both teams on his back and I don't think he gets the recognition for this. Back in my DCT Days I noticed Justin carrying the team to success on nearly every occasion. I personally thought he was going to get HDC Due to the commitment he has put into LARPC however I think HR Had other thoughts. I have no doubt Justin will excel further in LARPC and I am excited to see when he does.
