Honestly, Lavox has not been a great owner in my experience. Management decisions often feel unorganized, communication isn’t handled well, and there’s a clear lack of professionalism at times. I really think there’s a lot of room for improvement in how things are run and how people are treated. Overall, not the best experience under this ownership.
Lavox is a Bad guy ill say.. On one of his projects (devme) he tried to steal a code worth allot real money. He almost got sued for copyright issues for stealing 10 thousand lines of code from one of my friend. And in the LARPC VC's He says in his own language that he will do bad things to their parents. i wouldn't recommend getting in contact with him. He only DM's you when he needs something and when you DM him he doesn't answer. UPDATE: After that review i got banned from his server. he is selfish.. A photo of lavox threatening to terminate staff that talk about the things that happend here is the photo -> https://prnt.sc/X3UTFpbzwHkq
Lavox, the owner of a major server within ERLC. For the time that I've been here, I have noticed a few things. 1. Inactivity. Suggestions take a long time to get processed, event winners wait for a long time to get their rewards. 2. Professionalism. Most of the time In-Game you're joking around, giving random people mod which results in mod abuse, generally a repetitive behavior. The reason that I am putting a 2.5, is because you might not be that active, due to the fact that you focus more on your other projects sometimes leaving LARPC out, but when you decide to work you get things done and that's something that I respect about you. You've got plenty of things to improve on, especially activity-wise but if you really want to and try, you'll get there. Generally, you're good when and if you are around.
You have managed to create and run a major ER:LC server but then fail to provide basic needs, in short: 1. You are very inactive, leaving giveaway winners waiting for months till they can receive any type of payment. 2. You work on too many projects while forgetting about the rest, starting with BlueLine Hub your design server, you worked on it, found and recruited multiple designers then left it to rot as you went to start a new project DevMe. While you were busy working on all those projects you forgot about LARPC. 3. Your professionalism standards are very low both on discord and in-game, boxing an armed suspect with an ambulance then getting mad for getting killed, giving moderator permissions to random players in-game, using “all” commands such as :kill all and :load all then on discord with your fake retirement. Overall, you have a lot to work on.
Overall does his best when he's there, but the problem is: in general his activity is low to non-existant, and when he's active, he often trolls around alot in public, while in private tries to help from time to time.
