In all honesty, the departments are ran pretty good, I have been with texas for about 6 months now and they are a amazing server I found some good friends as well as been in almost every department. I will admit however some inconsistent with the server is the sessions you have no idea when a session is going to be and the past month I feel that the server I slowly dieing I hop it does not die but if it does oh well.
