Yes it's that time- Another review from me. And this time- Things have gotten alot better. From when I first joined from going from 3 to 2 to 1 star reviews- Of no staff- No moderation- Abunch of issues etc- to Now... Since I became staff I was basically the only one on... 30 ish hours a week moderating... But now, There is a more fuller Staff Team- And now you've got like 5-6 Staff getting around 4 hours a week in-game. It's making moderation better and the server more enjoyable to play. There still is some issues within Discord Moderation, Including Some members having favourtism and not being punished for TOS Violations due to being close or friends with directors etc- Alongside some issues with Some HR's targetting certain Staff and reports on staff taking weeks to handle. Overall, Server has improved ALOT, I hope to see it improve even more.

Sadly, The only good thing about this server is the liveries. I joined, Attempted to do a simple Roleplay based off an IRL hobby called Auditing. I put a drone up- Flew it around the Police station- out of peoples way- Not causing issues- Yet get loaded by staff. When I opened a ticket about it- Apparently even if you dont break rules staff can tell you to stop, staff can respawn you for no reason. That honestly surprised me. But then- There are no rules stated on there discord server. Staffing needs to be improved, Discord needs to be fully ixed and I hope the server gets better.

Amazing Server, Great Roleplay, Great Staff.

Overall, Its a decent server. However there are some issues. Like what other reviews have stated, I agree with tudoxsteve regarding smallest of things (like jokes) getting you into major punishments like a full on staff strike. Which I personally dont agree with, and the fact since it was given out by the owner its just straight away unappealable, which in my opinion is unfair. All punishments should be appealable to make a fair punishment system. Moving on, I do also agree that MORP pratically forcing you into changing your bio to advertise there server is 50/50. When I first joined staff I didnt mind it as you just had to have it in your bio, but recently they updated this to require you to put it within the first 2/3 lines of your about me so it shows you when u click on someones profile (not the full bio), Which for me I deem abit OTT especially when most people including me how more important stuff to show off like who I am - so people dont think Im some wierdo. I also agree with the partial Directorial having issues (from tudoxsteve) regarding member goals. There has been times where I've been trying to get partnerships, Ive had like 5 servers waiting to reply to my ticket, yet Lozano (partnership coordinator) still shouts at us, threatens us with demotions, Calls us idiots and stupid for not getting members - which negatively impacts not just my mental health but probablly others - making them feel down and sad about themself which isnt good at all. Now- Moving onto the postivies. The Community Is active, Whilst SSU's are not the most posted or active, We still are active within the Discord, Chats and VC's being populated on the daily. Majority of the things in the server are organised - I do respect some of the staff policy's, its easy to follow like the rules, FAW's are a good start for new people in the community and overall structure of the server is good. When SSU's were hosted / are hosted - Its always fun with great RP and moderation.
