Joined as a new player and was banned within minutes without any warning or explanation, despite actively trying to clarify the rules and being unable to see them due to filtering. Staff communication was unclear and dismissive, and support later confirmed they saw no issue with how the situation was handled. Overall, the experience felt unwelcoming and overly punitive rather than fair or corrective, especially for new players.
