This user is rude, not ncie and nasty. At all cost refuse to hire this user. He will always be rude and not taking advice correctly this just proves that we are trying to improve he isn't, constantly harrasing users who are usually higher than them, not allowing users to have there own context to situtations being rude nasty and overall just not some you should hire.
