Helped run the day-to-day operations of the roleplay server and kept things organized for players and staff. Supervised a staff team, handled promotions/discipline, and made sure rules were being followed fairly. Worked on writing, updating, and enforcing community guidelines to keep the roleplay realistic and consistent. Trained new staff members and helped them adjust to their roles. Dealt with player reports, conflicts, and appeals, making sure problems got solved quickly.
