Absolutely... TERRIBLE! First thing I see is a bunch of cops just camping at civilian spawn. Then PT goes on for no reason. I get pulled over just for aligning myself into a lane, I get NO REASON why I even get pulled over. Cops immediately box me in like guards and shooting my tyres why they don't say anything other the -cuffs- right after I say to stop the RP because I was going to call mod, but mod comes and IGNORES EVERYONE! Every single mod I got (3 Mods) IGNORED ME they wont bother neogtiating with mod callers or rule breakers, I swear these mods are no happy with their jobs. So bad server, needs to fix cops and mods

Honestly, the server was kind of bad. There was always group of RDMers and VDMers who shot anything and everything in their way. The system sucks full of bugs, I kept getting loaded constantly saying 'I had wrong livery' even though I had a livery. Mod calls took yonks. I swear you guys either actually have so many calls or y'all are lazy and can't moderate properly. The FRP is crazy, cuff rushers, auto-jailers, ejecting for no reason, law-enforcement leaving cars everywhere instead of parking. Los Angeles "STRICT" for nothing, they don't do stuff about anything, it felt like a crowded public server that couldn't take up alot.
