I reported a staff member and waited a full day and got no response, when I tried pinging another staff member to get this issue resolved, i was told not to ping staff rather than getting an actual response. it took 3 days to get a proper reply They stated that his decision was justified and closed the ticket before i coudlve seen the response, according to them "You failed to respond in over 24 hours" although it has been 7 hours, they later said "Whelp, its close enough." I have evidence of everything ive stated
