This server is overall fantastic. Liveries are made with a high quality, the staff team know what they're doing and the server is ran perfectly. Activity needs to be worked on, but I wouldn't put it past them that they're working hard at trying to increase their activity. I enjoy joining all sessions that they host, there's always something different going on. As the ownership team is constantly updating liveries to suit the changes within ERLC, it makes roleplays feel fresher compared to other New York roleplay communities that use free-release community-made liveries. Overall, this server has a lot going for it, great staff team, fantastic discord layout and enjoyable roleplay experiences.

Constantly use a bots/alt accounts throughout their sessions to make their server seem active, when it really isn't. First time seeing a server resorting to the stupidest method of trying to look active, sessions are rubbish, pointless, dead and they aren't fun. This server claims to be immersive and realistic, but it is far from that, and I doubt they'll ever achieve it. As other reviewers have mentioned, the staff team is rubbish, unprofessional and often don't know what they're properly doing. I've experienced multiple RDMs, it takes a minimum of 5 minutes for a mod to respond, and when they do, it takes them ages to understand the situation despite it being clearly explained. Don't recommend even checking out this server, the ownership are toxic, and they censor reviews against their staff that don't satisfy their needs. They are constantly using :m throughout the server, which interrupts the roleplay experience, especially in a gunfight or something similar; there isn't any need to have so many :m announcements ingame. Furthermore, staff do not regulate nor enforce proper roleplay throughout the server, it's nearly impossible to have a fun and enjoyable roleplay. "There are other rules that aren't on this regulations channel." - Founder I understand staff are permitted to moderate users at their own discretion, but having hidden rules makes no sense, and isn't fair for the average roleplayer, as they're unaware if they are breaking the community guidelines at all. Their rules should be clearly set out, without any being hidden to boost their moderation rate. Overall, do not recommend this server at all, their staff team have a lot of learning to do, and the experience ingame and in discord is horrendous. If I could give the server 0/5, or even a negative rating, I would.
