Statement The Racing and Car Events server is honestly one of the best I’ve been in. The community is great, the liveries look amazing, and the events are always fun. But the biggest problem I’ve seen isn’t the players — it’s some of the staff. Matej (Admin) and Dion (Director) have treated me really unfairly. I’ve been muted for no good reason, ignored when I tried to explain myself, and even embarrassed in front of others. Instead of being fair, they always back each other up. On top of that, Ferris and Mr. Goose act like part of the same group, giving out false punishments and targeting people who don’t deserve it. I’ve had it happen to me, and I’ve seen it happen to others too. A lot of people have quietly said they feel the same way but are scared to speak up because they don’t want to get punished. Not every staff member is like this though. Wik, Crazyman, Aido, and Kenzie are all fair, respectful, and show how staff should act. They listen, they handle things without bias, and they actually make the server better. Unfortunately, their good work is overshadowed by the corruption and unfairness shown by the others. The Racing and Car Events server has so much potential, but right now the staff team is holding it back. It needs fairness, accountability, and staff members who respect the community instead of targeting it. I know I’m not the only one who feels this way, and I think it’s time this problem was addressed.
