I joined this server October 2024, it had a few members. I got the chance to help out, started at trial management. I've done a lot of work for this server, and during all this time there's a few things that I've greatly appreciated. The owner first of all, yes my opinion is biased a bit but let me explain why; he's fair, and says no to corruption. Like actually, I've never been in an ERLC server like this. Usually HRs always misuse their permissions and if they have a grudge against you, you're gone and if they like you, you basically get freeranked. Here that's not a thing. Above that, he's taught me so many things regarding ERLC server management, certain marketing tactics and how to manage communities in general and SO much more. I'm so happy with all these things, I can use them on other things rather than just ERLC. So thank you, Radical. I'm now Assistant Director, I've made so many friends here which is another thing I'm thankful for. I definitely think it is worth a try playing on this server, moderators work hard to ensure a fun and calm roleplay environment. The server is strict, so RDM'ers don't walk away with a warning, instead they are banned on first offence. Again, worth trying out.
