Won a paid giveaway from them. The Deputy Director then tried to deny my winnings for not joining any sessions (not listed as a requirement.) Luckily, the Director was a bit more reasonable, and reinstated my winnings. I then had to wait the 2 week group joining time (not their fault). However, once the timing was over, I didn't respond for 24 hours my ticket got closed; which is my partially my fault, but I had made a request to be pinged multiple times for responses which was met with a "It's against our policy" AFTER they closed the ticket, not when I made the request. I was told the reason why my ticket got closed was due to a policy I was supposed to know, despite the only notice of this policy being from an announcement sent months previously. When I pointed this out, the Deputy Director timed me out for 24 hours. After all of that, the owner of the server that the paid giveaway came from had to step in and finally I was given my winnings (by the Director). Overall a painful experience. If I ever win another giveaway from them I won't bother claiming my winnings.
