We were guaranteed our SPGW being posted the same day bought, the person handling the ticket said it wouldn't be a week though the people who can post ads have been doing everything but replying to us, Response time was good though the help was not. Fix this to refrain from getting more bad reviews. I understand a lot of you live in Australia, though still you chose to operate a ERLC server and most of the people are from America.
