As an Executive and Head of Departments, I oversaw department operations, worked with Department Heads and HR, handled department-related tickets and issues, reviewed promotions and disciplinary matters, managed department documentation and policies, and helped ensure departments followed PARP guidelines and remained active and organized.

I'm skilled in Discord development and design, especially when it comes to creating embeds, setting up servers, and developing or managing Discord bots. I've also gained a lot of experience through my time in Pennsylvania State Roleplay (PARP), where I've worked in a few different departments as an employee. My experience also includes department management, staff operations, server setups, and helping improve the overall systems and organization of the community. I enjoy building things, helping others, and making sure everything runs smoothly.
