Throughout my time in the ERLC community, I’ve built a strong and diverse staffing career that reflects both leadership and dedication. I began by joining smaller servers and quickly worked my way into key moderation roles, helping communities grow and stay organized. Notably, I was part of the staff team in a Los Angeles VC server with over 2,000 members, where I gained valuable experience managing large communities and ensuring smooth operations. I later joined the SAN staff team and took on a Trial Moderator role in SFRP under the username Get_boxed, consistently proving my reliability and skill. My biggest accomplishment came when I became Deputy Director and a member of the ownership team at Miami State Roleplay (MCRP), where I helped oversee server structure, growth strategies, and community engagement. My experience has allowed me to develop a deep understanding of staffing, moderation, and community building within ERLC.

user hops from position to position in order to get higher roles. They are not consistent with their activity and use Staff Transfers to go from server to server. They're uncommitted, unloyal, and overall a poor quality staff member.
