Server Review: Time in Server: Circa 5 hours Following Outcomes and Notes: Server Moderation: The server moderation, in my personal opinion, is horrific. I was warned for "RDM" after a user had attacked me (and said user was let go). There aren't enough moderation methods in place, additionally, the moderation staff training is horrific. Ways to Improve "Server Moderation": Improved Staff Training and/or implement CPD Methods of Training. Additionally, Have a minimum amount of staff in-game (and on-shift). Staff were in VC Call and In Game but weren't responding to mod calls etc (whilst on shift) Restructure the chain of command, The existing chain of command is excessive and should following a simpler method. Liveries: Majority of Liveries I have access were of decent quality, However room for improved is needed, Such as the Highway England Livery located on the DOT Team. Use of Commands: Excessive use of the ;M command and :h command, It feels like my screen gets flooded like a NYC Times Square advert with the M Notifications I have to constantly clear. Un Realistic Scenes, The name speaks for itself. And many more, Whilst the server is engaging at times, there are a lot of room for improvement.
