Doesn't take any advice or ideas given by their highest ranks, does everything and anything they want to do, staff get treated horribly, lets their SHR's handle all activity, tried adding policies that REGISTERED COMPANIES would add such as limiting the number of absences one can have in a year, and more.
Incredibly controlling, self-obsessed and does not care about others. He treats his staff like crap and doesn't care about the activity of his server. He treats his server like a business, and tries to add policies to limit the number of loas staff can take per year.
