ownership is corrupt as hell, i've given more than a million player reports, but when i finally create my first staff report on an admin, the "oversee" points out random stuff completely unrelated to the report and is intentionally sensitive just so he can find a way out of handling this and so he closes this ticket fast, he doesn't wanna hurt the feelings of his little friend admin, it's clear the staff profiles are all lies, they're not approachable AT ALL
