The Downside of FSRP... The Drama, The Corruption, The Unprofessionalism, The Toxicity, and finally the TRUTH. Florida State Roleplay is currently owned by AlwaysFort1, who I once thought was a good owner. Since then, new information about AwaysFort1 has changed the way I view him. The Drama... Since I joined the staff team two weeks ago, I’ve noticed drama in the General chat and hidden channels that staff can only see. However, recently, there’s been drama about Fort's past. There have been accusations that Fort raided another server, but he claims not to have and claims it happened over a year ago, and said he had permission to “troll” because they were going to “SSD.” The free ranking... AlwaysFort1 CLAIMS not to free rank people, but he does. Recently, there was a promotion wave, then about 2-3 days LATER, 3-4 people were promoted for “helping.” Those 3-4 other people were PROMOTED during the LAST promotion wave. One of those 4 was promoted for “helping” a day after they were promoted for “helping.” The favorism... AlwaysFort1 gives HIGH RANKS to those who are his friend, irl or not. Recently, one of his friends helped him “break a block” in Minecraft, so Fort decided to free rank that guy to leadership even though he was IA. AlwaysFort1 breaks his own rules, which he created, like trolling, RDM, VDM, and NITRP. He creates useless roles, STUPID rules, and doesn’t allow his own directives and leadership team to HOST SESSIONS. Fort allows racism, toxicity, and NSFW conversations. The false bans... Fort tends to falsely ban people for stupid reasons, revokes infractions that SHOULD NOT be revoked. When one of his friends gets infracted, Fort will revoke that infraction. When a SHR member put another staff member's UI, fort revoaked it for no actual reason. Fort claims he didn’t BOT his server, but he did. Well, only 300 members are bots, and the rest are real.

I'm currently a Senior Management, gunning for BOE. There is so much I want to say, but I'ma leave it to the important parts. FSRP has been one of the favorites since the day I joined back when we had 800 members. FSRP is an amazing roleplay server, we've has our ups and down's within FSRP, I highly recommend those who are reading this that aren't in FSRP to join, you'll not be disappointed in the amazing roleplay we have, we have multiple departments, a few mafias, etc. The Foundation & Directive/Ownership Team is spot on, amazing SHR team, and HR team. The discord staff team is amazing, and recommend joining that, but game staff is also a great choice. I'm glad to be apart of the server once again, and being able to have fun, even to chat with those community members, and staff. The server design is well made, and the community is amazing, couldn't ask for a better one. Once you get to know most of the Foundation Team/Ownership Team, you'll have multiple friends. Raider-79 has been my friend since early 2023, and you are an amazing Co-Founder. IHN is a cool Co-Founder, has been with FSRP since the start, I'm glad to be friends. Ben, Konnor, you both are really good at your jobs, and both are amazing department leads. Rich - You build such an amazing roleplay server, you've build such an amazing OST crew. #FSRPisthebest

I've been with ONORP since 800 members, I remember the ups and downs. ONORP is still an amazing server to play on. Staff is great!
