Very, VERY amazing server. As a department head in the server, the owner is super dedicated to everything, and isn't afraid to help out!

This server is REALLY Good! Brought to you by GingerBoyJack, who ran Lobster Bay, he's actually made a really realistic and high quality fictional country roleplay server, which I've never seen before. You don't have to worry about unprofessional or stupid law enforcement, because LEO is entirely whitelisted. And if you feel like it, you could also apply to FD and become whitelisted (FD isn't entirely whitelisted, but it does offer whitelisted roles.) Overall, really good server, HIGHLY recommend joining it!

I've been playing ER:LC for a while now, and Compton Roleplay 2 is not a great server. While it is the ONLY Compton, LA server to my knowledge, there are NUMEROUS issues. Firstly, I've encountered multiple mods that will moderate you for the slightest things, a moderator (who I'm not sure if they are still around or not, hopefully not) is imaanisaboss964. He will give out false warnings for some things, and staff rarely hear out your side of the story. If a clip is timed at the right moment for the other person, but you also have a clip, some of the staff will not listen to you and just, punish you. Secondly, the server is mostly whitelisted, which means either one of two things: The WL members will abuse their power over you and possibly bully you (this has happened to me), or you'll feel like an outcast and become whitelisted. Thirdly, there is a LOT of fail roleplay. The server has died for a reason, it's because the moderators (that are actually good) can't keep up with all of it. The server is NOT realistic, and unless it's a completely whitelisted server, this will ALWAYS be an issue. Every server has it, but especially CRP2 because the moderators are THAT BAD. Retrain every mod, do a better job at moderating and listening to BOTH sides before deciding, and either fully whitelist the server or departments (minus DOT and civilian) because this issue is VERY annoying.

Oceanpoint RP is a really good server, specifically if you're looking for a completely fictional server. The liveries are EXTREMELY high quality (this goes the same for ELS and uniforms), and everything is well thought out and planned. The staff (However only a select few) are great! However, this is a BIG issue: They make false moderations, issues, or accusations. As you can tell by comments below, there's a few issues with staff. Roleplay wise, it is EXTREMELY amazing! I've enjoyed roleplaying every time I've been on, and I enjoy everything. Most of the time, it's worth becoming whitelisted. The department rank structures are cool, and you can meet some real cool and amazing people. Pretty much everyone roleplays realistically. Beware of some of the staff, but if you follow the rules, AVOID getting reported to staff and just roleplay, you'll have fun.

If you're looking for a more relaxed roleplay server, SARPC is the server for you. There are a few issues, but if you're willing to look past those, it is a good server. The staff are friendly and do their best to help you out, and the few corrupt ones that are out there, at least in my experience, are rarely on and are dealt with by the management or ownership team. As somebody who enjoys realistic servers that are strict about rules, SARPC does a pretty good job of enforcing most of their rules. The liveries, uniforms, and ELS are all really well designed and planned out, and each detail that goes into the server has been crafted carefully. The departments were well thought out, and there are a LOT of whitelisted divisions and departments that you can apply to, which means you can have more roleplay scenarios. Unfortunately, SARPC suffers from the issue of not enforcing their discord required rule, and a lot of RDM and FRP. This is because the staff isn't on as much, and if there is, they most likely are NOT an HR or SHR, meaning anybody who violates major rules like TOS or banned roleplays cannot get the proper punishment. The staff is good, but they aren't on enough, even in the summer. Now, I do understand the struggles of being staff. As somebody who owns a server myself, it is more stressful than it is fun or anything else. You have to constantly refer to your training to remember what to do in situations, and if you need to ban somebody and you aren't an admin+, all you can do is kick them and put a ban bolo out. However, if you look past these issues, SARPC is a really cool server for you to play in. If you find the right people, and apply to a whitelisted department or two, it is a truly good server.
