DON'T BECOME STAFF UNLESS YOU HAVE GOOD FRIENDS IN THE SERVER OR ISN'T LOOKING TO BE HR (Their RP is good and their WL departments are decent) : As I became staff early on in october/november time, I rose through the ranks of staff, through their regime of power. I became HR around christmas time and I completed quota 2 weeks in a row, but then it was my 3rd week and I wasn't able to fully complete the infraction quota (I had to punish people for their mistakes which wasn't that big of a problem. I missed that week infraction quota but then the 2nd week I needed 2 infractions! That week there were little to none infractions, no one had made mistakes, but those who had mistakes were quickly snatched by these 2 or 3 people, they already had 5+ which promotion quota, but instead of saving for us (me and some other HRs and SHRs) they greedily took them, before saturday many people wanted it to be cancelled, but instead of listening they ignored (the Executives), I had to throw myself under the bus to save 1 of 2 peoplr from demotion. Later after I realised I could not complete quota because of the fellow staff I decided to retire (or be demoted). Only 1 person said personally goodbye to me, I then retired and after a good couple of months I recieved no goodbyes and no former HR role. Basically do not join staff if you want to be happy and want to stay as HR once you've worked your life to become one. Ofcourse maybe it has changed, but from my experience it was not the nicest environement.
